About Me
Kaléa was born in Jacksonville, FL to a Navy family and thus spent her life exploring the world. She has lived on both coasts of the United States, Japan, Bahrain and South Korea and has been fortunate enough to visit China, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Guam, Australia, Italy, England, Jamaica, and Mexico. As as child, Kaléa was intrigued with the stories of each culture she experienced and fell in love with sharing these stories. Each place she moved she remained active in educational and community theatre, while still dedicating herself to the dance training she began at age 2. Though most of Kaléa's adult life has been spent pursuing a career in medicine and global health (obtaining two Bachelor’s from Florida State in Biology and International Affairs and currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health), she has since transitioned back into the arts in the realm of professional theatre. When not on stage, you can find Kaléa competing in pageants, working with non-profit conservationist groups, reading (or writing) novels, or binge watching her favorite franchises.
